GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND SERVICES

These General Terms and Conditions govern all purchases, subscriptions, bookings, and registrations made with B Center World And You E.I., operating the B Center ecosystem, through www.bcenter-way.com, affiliated platforms, social media, booking tools, or other authorized sales channels.
By purchasing a product, subscribing to a service, booking an appointment, or registering for an event, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1. The B Center Ecosystem
B Center includes several activities:
B Wellers
A digital training, educational, and support platform focused on well-being, global health, self-knowledge, personal development, and related topics. Access may be provided through Skool or another third-party platform.
Key Energetic
An online store offering products related to well-being, personal care, intimate care, nutrition, hygiene, and lifestyle.
LÛM
Events, workshops, circles, gatherings, experiences, and other collective formats organized online, in person, or in hybrid form.
Well-Being Services
Appointment-based services, including colon irrigation sessions and other well-being or global health services.
The essential characteristics, prices, and specific conditions of each offer are presented before purchase.
2. Prices and Payment
Prices are those displayed at the time of purchase and may be shown in different currencies depending on the platform used.
Payment may be made by bank card, PayPal, bank transfer, Skool, installment solutions, or any other payment method offered.
B Center may change its prices at any time for future purchases. A price change does not affect an order already confirmed.
3. B Wellers
Access to B Wellers is personal, individual, and non-transferable.
Customers may not share, resell, reproduce, record, or distribute B Wellers content without prior written authorization.
Certain offers may be provided as monthly or annual subscriptions. Where automatic renewal applies, this will be indicated before purchase.
The Customer may cancel a subscription through the method provided at the time of purchase or through the relevant third-party platform. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally refund a billing period already started, unless otherwise required by law.
B Wellers provides educational, informational, practical, and experiential content. It does not constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or emergency services.
No specific personal, health, professional, financial, or other result is guaranteed.
4. B Wellers Community Rules
Where B Wellers includes a community space, members must behave respectfully.
Harassment, threats, discriminatory conduct, unlawful content, spam, unauthorized promotion, identity theft, and disclosure of another member’s private information are prohibited.
Members may not share screenshots, private messages, testimonials, photographs, videos, or personal information concerning another member without permission.
Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or removal from the community.
5. Key Energetic Online Store
Products are presented with their essential characteristics and are sold subject to availability.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery information.
Delivery methods, costs, and estimated times are displayed where applicable before purchase.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply and may remain the Customer’s responsibility.
Where a legal right of return or withdrawal applies, the Customer must notify B Center within the applicable period.
Certain products may be excluded from return where permitted by law, including personalized, perishable, or unsealed hygiene or health-protection products.
Defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products remain subject to applicable legal rights.
6. LÛM Events
Registration for a LÛM event is confirmed once registration and, where applicable, payment have been validated.
Event-specific cancellation conditions may be stated on the relevant registration page.
For events scheduled on a specific date or during a specific period, the right of withdrawal may be excluded where permitted by law.
B Center may modify reasonable non-essential details of an event, including the schedule, facilitator, location, or format.
If B Center cancels an event entirely, the Customer may receive a refund or accept a proposed rescheduling or credit, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
7. Colon Irrigation and Other Appointment-Based Services
B Center may provide colon irrigation sessions and other well-being services by appointment.
These services do not constitute a medical diagnosis or a guaranteed treatment or cure.
The Customer must disclose any relevant health information that may affect the safety or suitability of the service, including known medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery, medication, unusual symptoms, or known contraindications.
B Center or the practitioner may refuse, interrupt, or postpone a service where there is a reasonable safety concern.
Unless otherwise stated:
appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge more than 48 hours before the scheduled time;
cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in up to 100% of the service price being retained or charged, subject to applicable law and exceptional circumstances;
a no-show may be treated as payable.
No therapeutic result or cure is guaranteed.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Any right of withdrawal or cancellation depends on the Customer’s country of residence, the nature of the product or service, when performance begins, and applicable mandatory law.
Where a legal withdrawal period applies, the Customer may exercise it by sending a clear request to:
For immediately accessible digital content, services started before the end of a withdrawal period, dated events, personalized products, perishable goods, or certain unsealed hygiene products, the right of withdrawal may be limited or excluded where permitted by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All B Center ecosystem content, including texts, videos, training materials, exercises, methods, documents, PDF files, audio content, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, and program structures, is protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
Purchase or access does not transfer ownership of this content.
Without prior written authorization, the Customer may not reproduce, resell, share, publish, translate, adapt, record, or commercially exploit B Center content.
10. Liability
B Center undertakes to provide its products and services with reasonable care and diligence.
To the extent permitted by law, B Center shall not be liable for damage caused exclusively by:
misuse of a product or service;
failure to follow provided instructions;
false or withheld information provided by the Customer;
unauthorized sharing of login credentials;
events reasonably outside B Center’s control;
failures exclusively attributable to third-party platforms or providers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

B Center processes personal data for purposes including order management, payments, deliveries, bookings, digital access, customer service, security, and legal compliance.

The parties will endeavor to seek an amicable solution before legal proceedings are initiated.
Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Martinique, France.
Where the Customer is legally entitled to mandatory consumer protections in their country of residence, these protections remain applicable.
For business-to-business disputes, and where legally permitted, the competent courts of Fort-de-France, Martinique, shall have jurisdiction.

B Center may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in law, services, platforms, or the B Center ecosystem.
The version applicable to a purchase is the version in force at the relevant time, subject to applicable law.
